WEBUILDYOU: Brand, web, content & career

You've built more than people can see.

We find the part worth choosing, put it into words, and build whatever carries it best: your brand, your website, your content, or your next career move.

The real problem

You may not need
to be better.
You may need
to be clearer.

You can be good at what you do and still make people work far too hard to understand it. The talent is real. The signal is buried.

  • 01 The work is good. The website makes it look ordinary.
  • 02 The business has moved on. The brand is still describing the old one.
  • 03 You are capable, but your professional story arrives in pieces.
  • 04 There's ambition. There isn't a next move anyone could actually follow.

We don't invent a new you. We find what's already distinctive, clear the noise around it, sharpen the message and build the thing that carries it into the world.

Four ways to build. One idea underneath.

We make it easier for the right people to understand you, remember you and choose you.

S:01 / WEBSITES We build websites →

WEBUILD:
WEBSITES

A clear, persuasive home for the work, not digital wallpaper, and one that doesn't need a guided tour. Strategy first, then words, then design, then the build that makes it fast.

What a site build includes

  • Website strategy & information architecture
  • UX and the order people actually read in
  • Copywriting that sounds like you
  • Visual design on a real grid
  • Development: fast, accessible, yours
  • Performance & accessibility built in
  • Launch support, not a handover and a wave
S:02 / BRANDS We build brands →

WEBUILD:
BRANDS

A clearer expression of what already makes you worth choosing, not an invented personality. A logo is not a brand, and a colour palette with a personality disorder isn't one either.

What a brand build includes

  • Positioning: where you sit and why
  • Audience & category clarity
  • Messaging & the words that repeat
  • Verbal identity and tone
  • Visual direction
  • A brand system you can actually use
  • Practical tools and applications
S:03 / CAREERS We build careers →

WEBUILD:
CAREERS

A direction, a position and a plan someone can follow. Not generic career coaching, and no pretending to be a thought leader before breakfast.

What a career build includes

  • Career direction: the actual next move
  • Personal positioning
  • Professional narrative
  • CV, LinkedIn, portfolio & personal site
  • Visibility & opportunity strategy
  • Outreach and relationship building
  • A practical plan for what happens next
S:04 / CONTENT We build content →

WEBUILD:
CONTENT

Brand video and social that carry the brand instead of diluting it or filling a quota, made by a full in-house production team that already knows who you are.

What a content build includes

  • Content strategy: what to make, and why
  • Brand & story video
  • Social content: shorts, reels, cutdowns
  • Photography of your real people & work
  • Editing & post-production
  • A full in-house production team
  • Ongoing content systems

The work

Good work should speak for itself. Unfortunately, it has terrible marketing.

See how we work

This is a new studio, and we'd rather show you relevant work in a conversation than pad a page with logos that prove nothing. Ask, and we'll show you what fits your situation.

How the work goes

Four moves. The same four, whether it's a site, a brand or a career.

M:01

FIND IT

Work out what's actually valuable, distinctive and true. Usually it's already there.

M:02

SHAPE IT

Turn that into a position, a story and a direction people can understand at a glance.

M:03

BUILD IT

Make the site, the brand or the career tools that carry it. Properly built, not decorated.

M:04

MOVE IT

Put it into the world and make it useful. A launch, not a filing.

Who we are

The short version: we got tired of watching good people get overlooked.

Read the longer version

WEBUILDYOU is a collective, not a fifty-person agency, and not one freelancer stretched thin. It came out of years spent building websites, shaping brands, making content and steering careers for clients across a lot of different roles, businesses and industries.

In every one of them, the same gap kept showing up: the ability was real, the presentation hadn't caught up, and the person felt a quiet pressure to become someone louder to fix it.

You don't need to become someone else. Being understood is not the same as being turned up. The work here is calm, specific and built to last longer than a trend.

Where do you fit?

Two ways in. The same underlying job: making what's already there easy to see.

The business

The work is strong. The way it looks, sounds or sells hasn't kept up.

For founders, creative businesses and organisations that have outgrown how they present. Usually a mix of brand, website and content.

Build the business properly
The person

You've grown, but your story and next move still belong to an earlier version of you.

For independent practitioners and established professionals at a turning point. Career direction, personal positioning, the personal site and CV, and the content that carries them.

Work out what's next

Reasonable questions

The things people ask before they email.

Do I need all four services?

No. Most people start with one. The site, the brand, the content and the career move are connected, but you don't have to fix everything at once. We start where the biggest gap is and go from there.

Can you work with a brand we already have?

Often, yes. Plenty of brands don't need replacing. They need sharpening, a clearer message and a system that's actually usable. We'll say whether a rebuild is worth it or whether we're better off refining what's there.

Do you write the website copy, or do we?

We write it. Words come before design here, because the words are the hard part. You'll never get a beautiful layout with "insert copy here" where the argument should be.

Is career strategy only for executives?

Not at all. It's for anyone whose next move matters and isn't obvious: people changing industries, stepping up, going independent, or repositioning after a long stint somewhere. Seniority isn't the point; clarity is.

What if I don't know what I need yet?

That's a normal place to start, and honestly a useful one. Tell us what feels stuck. A lot of the value early on is just naming the real problem correctly, which is harder than it sounds.

How long does it take?

It depends on scope. A focused career reposition is quicker than a full brand and site build. Once we understand what you need, you'll get a real timeline, not a hopeful one.

What happens first?

A conversation. You tell us what you're building and what's in the way; we tell you whether we're the right people and what a sensible first step looks like. No pressure, no discovery-call script.
